Returns will not be accepted for items beyond the 30-day window.

Return Conditions
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and accessories.
Items that have been used, damaged, or are otherwise unsuitable for resale cannot be returned.

Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are limited to products of the same type and are subject to the item meeting return conditions.
Exchanges are subject to actual stock availability.

Return Process

Requesting a Return or Exchange
Please submit your request via email to service@cottontowel.online, including your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

Return Address
Once confirmed by customer service, please ship the item to the following address: 1450 S PENNSYLVANIA ST, DENVER, CO 80210.

Return Shipping Costs
CottonTowel LLC covers shipping costs for returns resulting from product quality issues.
For returns unrelated to quality issues, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and verified to meet return conditions, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment account.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as the return has been processed.
