Shipping Coverage
CottonTowel LLC currently offers shipping services exclusively within the United States.
All orders must have a delivery address within the U.S. (including the contiguous United States and eligible territories). We do not currently offer international shipping.
Please note that the checkout page only accepts U.S. delivery addresses; the system automatically calculates and processes orders based on domestic shipping standards.
Order Processing Time
Order processing begins after payment is successfully completed and verified.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended due to inventory audits, severe weather, or force majeure events.
Once the order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
